We provide a module for signal conditioning for the comfortable system integration. With this module it is possible to adjust the levels of different logic systems with galvanic isolation and signal processing.

The inputs can be connected with both differential and GND related signals.

Type "Standard"

  • Selectable level adjustment from HTL -> TTL or from TTL -> TTL
  • Signal processing

Type "DRZ 1"

  • Selectable level adjustment from HTL -> TTL or from TTL -> TTL
  • Signal processing
  • Rotational direction output (Up/Down -> High/Low)
  • Angular momentum output with selectable multiplication

Type "DRZ 2"

  • Selectable level adjustment from HTL -> TTL or from TTL -> TTL
  • Signal processing
  • Two sense-dependent angular momentum outputs

Features of the module

  • 4 mass-related or 2 differential signal inputs
  • Galvanic separation between input and output signals
  • Signal processing with Schmitt-Trigger characteristics
  • All configurable characteristics are specified with a DIP switch
  • Inputs can be configured as “differential” or “single-ended”
  • The inputs are current-controlled according to the HTL logic (EN 61131-2)
  • Inputs don’t require operating voltage in addition to the input signal
  • Mounting type: IP20 housing for 35 mm – DIN rail according to EN 50022
  • Electric connectors via screw terminals

    UB = +5 V DC
  • HTL (high-voltage transistor logic):
    Ulow ≤ 3 V; Uhigh ≥ UB – 3.5 V

  • Use in areas with high radio interference
